There's also a separate gazebo next to the basketball court with a dining table, cafe blinds and a plumbed gas barbecue providing outdoor entertaining all year round.

The 2nd lounge room has a double sofa bed that is suitable for a young person or teenager. Down the hall you will find 3 spacious bedrooms, including a huge master bedroom with ensuite, plus a family bathroom with an indoor spa bath.
